do you mean sheet music? There is some here in the library in Rotterdam. Are you looking for old or new music? When I read about these two artists that you mentioned, BZN (Band without a name), Elly en Rikkert, Vader Abraham, De Zangeres zonder Naam and more artists playing to easy beats come to mind.
